Meet Patty & Bryan Sibbach

We’re Patty and Bryan Sibbach, owners of Precision Training Concepts (PTC), Precision Wellness, and Perry Strength & Fitness Center. Together, we operate personal training studios in Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg, PA, along with a full-service membership-based fitness center.

Our work extends beyond the gym. We conduct corporate wellness programs and speaking engagements for businesses that want to invest in their employees’ health. We also run an online program, Giving Wellness, which promotes healthy habits and donates to the nonprofit of each participant’s choice.

No matter someone’s location or fitness level, we believe there’s always a solution that can meet their needs.

What Inspired You to Start Your Business?

When we started PTC, we saw a real need in Central Pennsylvania for people to learn the right way to exercise. Bryan and I had always been comfortable in the gym, but we noticed that so many others didn’t know how to get started, how to prevent injuries, or how to get the most out of their workouts.

When we moved to Perry County, that need became even more obvious. We knew we could fill a gap by creating a fitness center focused on safe, effective, and personalized health and wellness.

The best part of our work? Watching someone’s health improve because of our instruction, seeing the confidence they gain from belonging to one of our gyms, or hearing feedback after a corporate wellness talk; it’s deeply rewarding.

Health and wellness can feel intimidating for many people. We wanted potential clients to feel comfortable with us before ever stepping into the gym.
